Hi friends today i coming with Tofu buriji.Tofu Burji a very simple and easy recipe.It's healthy and delicious.This tastes like egg burji.to make this recipe-
Green Chillis-4 nos(finely chooped)
Pepper Powder-1/2 sp (acc to ur taste)
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Drain water from the tofu packet and crumble it with your hands.It's very soft.
Now chop the onions,green chillis in to small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan add the green chillis and onions.Fry till they turn light brown.
Add turmeric powder and pepper powder and salt to taste fry it.
Add the crumbled tofu mix it,Fry till all the water evaporates.tofu a lot of moisture a lot of water may come out and so this step will take some time.You need to dry up all the water and by the end of this the tofu should be dry.
When the tofu is dry,garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with roti or rice.
