Mustard Seeds-1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds-1/2 tsp
Urad Dal-1 tbsp
Chana Dal-1/2 tsp
Green Chillis-5 nos (acc to ur taste)
Curry Leaves-5 nos
Salt to taste
Powder the idlis with hand.There should not be big lumps.
Heat oil in a pan and when oil is hot add mustard seeds,cumin seeds.When they starts popping up,add urad dal,chana dal.green chillis,hing,curry leaves.Fry a bit,add powdered idlis and salt to it.
Mix well close the lid for 5 minutes and after 5 minutes mix it.
Serve hot idli upma with any chutney.
