Hi friends today i am coming with croccoli fry.This is easy recipe that is quck and also healthy.Broccoli is packed with all the goodness like essential phytonutrients,anti-oxidants,citamin etc..which are very good for health.For this recipe-
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Chilli powder-2 tsp
Salt to taste
First cut broccoli into small florets.Wash it keep aside.
Heat up a non-stick pan and oil to it.When oil is hot add broccoli florets add salt and turmeric powder mix well.Cover the lid cook for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with rice and rasam/dal or just by itself.
Note-Do not over fry the broccoli because they would loose all the nutritional value.
