Aloo Gobi

Indgredients :-

Cauliflower- small size (cut into small florets)
Potatoes-2 nos (cut into cubed sized pieces)
Onon-1/2 (cut into chopped)
Ginger/garlic paste-1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Coriander powder-2 tsp
Red chilli powder-2 tsp
Cumin powder-1 tsp
Hing-2 pinch
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Curry leaves- few
Green chillis-2 (sliced in long pieces)
Bay leaves-1 nos
Oil-3 tbsp

Method :-

Heat the oil in a pan.When oil is hot add cumin seeds,hing,bay leaves,green chillis,ginger/garlic paste fry for a minute.Now add onions fry for 2 minutes.

Now add red chilli powder,cumin powder,coriander powder stir for a minutes and add cauliflower and potatoes.
Add salt and turmeric powder mix well.Cover the pan and let it cook for medium heat for about  15 to 20 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.Make sure to stir gently every 3 to 5 minutes.
Finely add corieander leaves transfer into serving bowl.

Serve hot with rice or roti.
