Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Gingergarlic paste-1/2 tsp
Soy sauce-2 tsp
Pepper powder-3/4 tsp
Bread crumbs-1/2 cup
Oil-to deep fry
Salt to taste
Shell and de-vein prawns leaving the tail intact.Wash them throughly.Begin gently cutting outer curl of shrimp.
With your fingers,spread open the shrimp.
Take a bowl shrimp,soy sauce,pepper powder,corn starch and salt mix well.Leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan.Pich upeach prawns by tail,dip in beaten egg and then roll in breadcrumbs so that it is well coated.
