Rice -2 cups (cooked)
Garlic cloves-20 nos(cut into small size pieces)
Mustard seeds-2 tsp
Cumin seeds-2 tsp
Red chillis-6 nos (acc to ur taste)
Salt to taste
Heat oil in a pan,When oil is hot add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,let it crackle.Add red chillis,hing curry leaves and garlic pieces.
Now fry garlic for 5 minute,Add 1/2 cup water and salt to it.Let it to boil.
Now add cooked rice mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
