Onion-1 nos (chopped)
Green chillis-3 nos (sliced)
Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Garam masala powder-1 tsp
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Salt as per need
Beat the a bowl.To it add the turmeri powder,pepper powder,red chilli powder, little salt,eggs and milk.Beat well .
Take a pressure cooker heat it,pour the braten egg mixture into a greased bowl into cook in steam (as we do for idlis) in pressure cooker .It will take 15 to 20 minues.Check with inserting a knife,if its clean swiched of the stove.Now take out the steamed egg mixture bowl keep it aside.Let it cool,cut it cubes.
Heat oil in a pan,add the cumin seeds,mustard seeds, let them splutter,now add green chillis,curry leaves and onions pieces mix them until turns a light brown and add chilli powder,garam masala powder, turmeric powder and salt to it, mix well.
Now add the egg cubes to the mixture mix well.Cover the lid for 5 minutes.
Now open the lid mix it once and garnish with chopped coriander leaves if you wish.
Serve hot with rice.
