Ginger/garlic paste-2 tsp
All purpose flour/maida-1/2 cup
Turmeric powder-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Corn Glakes-1 cup
Lemon Juice-1 tsp
Red chilli flakes-1/2 tsp
Oil for deep frying
Clean prawns.slit and de-vein,leaving the tail intact.Flatten slightly with the back of a nife.Wash with water.
Apply turmeic powder,chilli powder,ginger/garlic paste,lemon juice and salt and keep aside for 1 hour.
take flour in a bowl.Break eggs into it.Add crushed red chillis,salt and a little water and mix properly to make a smooth batter.
Heat oil in a pan.
Crush the cornflakes with hand and spread on a plate.
