Paneer Pokoda
Hi friends,
Today i coming with paneer pokoda.This recipe from my sweet sister.This recipe is very simple and easy to make.
For this u need:-
Ingredients:-
Paneer-1 cup (homemade paneer cut into cubs)
Besan Flour-2 tbsp
Rice flour-2 tbsp
Maida / All purpose flour-2 tsp
Chilli powder-1 tbsp
Garilic paste-1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
water-1 cup
Method:-
Cut the paneer into cubes.keep aside.
Make a thick batter using water,rice flour,besan flour,maida flour,chilli powder,salt,garlic paste mix well.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
Dip the paneer pieces into the batter and drop them gently into the hot oil,few at a time. deep fry on medium heat until golden brown,turning frequently.
Remove them a slotted spoon and drain well on absorbent paper towels.
Serve hot with any type sauce or ketchup.
