Idly Batter-3 cups
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Onions-1 small (finely chopped)
Ginger-small picecs(finely chopped)
Green chillis-2 nos(finely chopped)
Carrot-half picecs(finely chopped)
Coriender leaves-3 tsp (finely chopped)
salt to taste
Oil- to roast
The chopped veggies mixed evenly,keep it aside.
Now heat the tawa and apply oil.
Take lasdeful of batter and spread out and make round uthappam it should be quite thick.
Spread the chopped veggies mixed well evenly on top of the uthappam and Sprinkle oil on top and sides and cover cook in low flame.
Once its cooked flip and cook well on the other side too.When ready remove from pan.
Serve hot with any type of chuteny.
