Fish Fillets -2 nos
Ginger-garlic paste-1 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Clean and wash the fish.
Now take fish in a bowl add all the ingredients except the oil.Add a few drops of water in mixture mix well.
Keep it aside for 2 to 3 hours.
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a frying pan,When oil is hot place the marinated fish and fry for 10 to 12 minutes on medium heat,flipping on the next side after one side is reddish brown.
Enjoy with hot plain rice with sambar or pappu charu.
