Aratikaya Vepudu (Raw Banana Fry)
Ingredients :-
Raw Banana :-1 no
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Red chillis - 3 nos
Ginger Paste-2 tsp
Urad dal-2 tsp
Channa dal - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Hing-2 pinch
Curry leaves- few
Oil or Ghee -3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:-
Cut raw banana into 4 pieces and boil in water for about 15 minutes.
Once boiled peel the skin and grate is as shown above.Optionally after boiling banana can be cut into small pieces to prepare this dish.
Heat a pan add oil to it,When oil is hot add seasonings and wait for them to pop up.It will take only few seconds.Once these starts smelling good and turmeric powder.
Immedietely add ginger paste fry for 2 minutes ,now add greated banana to it. and mix well.
Now add salt as per taste and mix it well .Cook for 5 minutes.
Switch off the stove.
Serve hot with hot rice.

This raw banana fry looks delicious.I make asimilar dish but mash the bananistead of grating it.Lovely step by step instructions make it east to follow your recipe.
