Pesarattu/Green Whole Moong dal Dosa


Ingredients:-

 Whole Moong dal-2 cups
Rice-1/2 cup
Jeera-1 tsp
Green chillis-6 nos
Ginger-1/2 inch
Salt to tase
Onion-1 nos(finely chopped)
Green chillis-2 nos(chopped)
Ginger-small (chopped)
Coriander leaves-2 tsp(chopped)


Method:-

Soak Moong dal and rice for 7 to 8 hours.

Now grind the soaked moong dal,green chillis,ginger,jeera,turmeric powder and salt by adding water little by little till it gets dosa consistency.


Now take small frying pan heat 1 tsp oil.When oil is hot add chopped onions fry for 5 minutes.Take out pan on stove add to the onions  chopped green chillis,gi nger pices,coriander leaves mix it.


Heat dosa tawa and When tawa is hot take moong dal batter with a ladle and pour on tawa to make round and thin dosa,sprinkle chopped the onion mixture.


Fry on a slow flame pour spoon of oil around it.
When the bottom of dosa becomes brown turn it side.Remove pesarattu into a plate.

Make dosa put onions in the middle turn two sides.

Serve hot with any type chutney.
