Mamidikai Thokku Pachadi (Grated Mango Pickle)
Raw Mangoes-1 no
Chilly Powder-1/2 cup
Mustard Seeds Powder-1 cup
Turmeric Powder-1 pinch
Salt to taste
Sesame seeds Oil- 1 cup
Method:-
Take the mangoes and clean it with a dry cloth so that no water on it.
Now peel the mangoes and grate the pulp them with a grater and keep it aside.
Take a dry bowl add the grated mango pulp,chilli powder,salt mustard powder,2 tbsp of oil,turmeric powder.Mix them well.
Now mix it well.Cover and mix it twice a day for 2 to 3 days.
After 3 day it look like this.Now add to this sesame seeds oil and mix it well.
Now transfer into some jar.(Jar need to be clean and dry)
This pickle will be ready to serve with in two to three days and can be preserves for long time.Keep it in refrigerate for it will stay long days.
Now the mango thokku pachadi is ready o serve.Good with any rice or breakfast options like idly,dosa etc...Good with white rice,pappy and some fried curry will be the best forever.......
