Crabs - !/2 lb
Ginger- 4 tbsp (Finely chopped pieces)
Garlic-3 tbsp (Pieces or paste)
Black Pepper Ground Coarsely-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil deep frying
Clean the crabs and cut in half,break the legs.
Now deep fry the crab until half-cooked,drain and set aside.
Heat a wok,add oli when it hot add ginger pieces,garlic pieces,pepper powder and salt fry well.
Saute till fragrant,then add crab mix well.
Then close the pan with lid and cook for 10 to 15 minutes until the crab is done.Stir fry until slightly brown.
Transfer it to a serving dish...
Serve hot with rice or u can serve like snack.
