Bottle Gourd -1 (bottle gourd skin and inside white part )
Red Chillies-2 nos
Garlic-4 cloves (cut into pieces)
Cumin Seeds-1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds-1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1 pinch
Salt to taste
Wash and peel off the bottle gourd skin and cut inside white seeds part.
Cut the skin seeds part into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and when oil is hot add cumin seeds,mustard seeds, when its gets popup add red chillies,hing,garlic pieces and curry leaves fry until garlic changes the color.
Now add bottle gourd skin and salt,turmeric powder mix well everything.
Cover the lid cook till the skin is cooked.
Now fry for 5 minutes.
Serve with hot rice.
