Beetroot Channadal Stir Fry
Ingredients:-
Beetroot -3 nos
Channa Dal-3 tbsp
Red chilli Powder-1 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tsp
Fresh Grated Coconut-1/4 cup
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Oil-2 tbsp
Method:-
Wash,Peel and chop the beetroot into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan,add channa dal for 3 minutes .
Now add beetroot pieces ,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masal powder stir them for a while,add half cup of water ,cover the lid and let them for till soft.Stir occasionally.
Remove the lid,When its cooked and till all water has evaporated and now add grated coconut mix well .
Switch of the flame.Transfer into serving bowl.
Serve with hot rice and dal.
