Enoki Mushroom curry
Hi bloggers today i coming with Musroom curry. You can get Enoki Mushroom in chinese grocery stores. I like this mushroom very much as the taste is close the one in india.This curry is simple and easy.You can use normal mushroom in case if you don't get enoki type.
Ingrdients:-
Enoki Mushroom-2 packets
Onions-1 big (cut into small pieces)
Garlic Paste-2 tbsp
Curry Leaves-5 to 6
Chilli Powder-2 tbsp(acc to ur taste)
Garam Masala-1 tbsp
Turmaric Powder-1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil-3 to 4 tbsp
Fry for some time until it turns golden brown.Now add garlic paste.
After adding garlic paste fry it until the raw smell goes away.
Now add mushroom to the onions and add chilli powder,garam masala powder and salt to it.
Mix all these and let it cook for 5 mins.
After 5mins pit 1/2 cup water to the curry and let it cook for 15 mins slow flame.
Cook this until the water goes.
Finally take this in to the serving bowl and garnish with the coriander.
Serve with hot rice or roti.

Take a cooking vessel and pour oil add onions, curry leaves and turmeric powder.Fry for some time until it turns golden brown.Now add garlic paste.

Now add mushroom to the onions and add chilli powder,garam masala powder and salt to it.
Mix all these and let it cook for 5 mins.
