Chicken Pokoda
Ingredients:-
Chicken-1 lb(cut into small pieces)
Chilli powder-2 tbsp(acc to u taste)
Corn flour-2 tbsp
All purpose flour-1 tbsp
Rice flour-1 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Ajinomoto-1/2tsp
Egg-1 no
Garlic paste-2 tbsp
Red color-1 pinch
Salt to taste
Oil-for deep frying
Method:-
First wash and clean the chicken in water.
In a bowl mix together chicken,salt,ajinomoto,garlic paste,turmeric powder,corn flour,rice flour,all purpose flour,red colour and egg.Cover with plate and keep it for 4 to 5 hours.
Heat oil for deep frying in a wide and deep bottomed vessel.Lowe the flame,and drop in the marinated chicken piees slowly into oil.Now fry the chicken pieces in small batches in low heat in till they are fully cooked.
Remove from oil and place on papper towels to remove excess oil.
Place it on serving plate.
