Sabudana (Tapioca) - 2 cups
Onion-2 Medium (sliced)
Green Chillies-6 to 7 nos (aac to ur taste)Sliced long ways
Tomatoes-4 nos (chopped
Mustard Seeds-1/2 tsp
Urad Dal-1/2 tsp
Bay leaves-4 nos
Salt to taste
Oil-3 to 4 tbsp
Gently wash then soak the sabudana in about 2 cups of water for 6 to 8 hours.
After drain water from sabudana and keep it aside.
Heat oil in pan add the cardamom,cloves,bay leaves fry 2 minutes.Now add mustard seeds once they begin to pop up add urad dal, as it starts to change color add green chillies stir for a few seconds.
Now add the onions,curry leaves saute for till its light brown color.
Now add tomatoes and salt cook till the tomatoes are full smashed.
Now add the soaked sabudana mix well and cover with lid and let it simmer for 10 minutes.Now mix well when translucence,looks like pearls .Stir gently and making sure sabudana doesn't get sticky.
