Ridge Gourd-2 nos
Red Chillies-3 nos (Break into pieces)
Mustard Seeds-1 tsp
Urad Dal-1 tsp
Garlic Cloves-10 nos
Salt to taste
Wash,peel ,chop the ridge gourd into round pieces and keep aside.
Heat 1 tsp of oil in frying pan and add the mustard seeds,urad dal and let them sputter.
Now red chillies fry for minutes.Now add the garlic and curry leaves fry for 3 minutes.
Now add the ridge gourd pieces and salt mix well.Cover with a lid.Let it cook completely.Now uncover let excess moisture evaporate.
Serve with rice or roti.
