Garlic-1 cup (cut into pieces)
Ginger-1/2 cup(peeled and make into paste)
Cumin Seeds-1 tbsp
Red Chillies-1 nos
Salt to taste
Heat oil in pan add the cumin seeds,when it splutter add the red chill fry till its change the color.Take out the in bowl.keep it for cool.When its cool down crush with hands into pieces.
Now add the crushed ginger and chopped garlic and salt stir well.Cover the lid cook till the garlic is cooked.
Add the crushed chillies.Saute till golden brown.
Serve with hot rice.
