Egg Rice

                          Hi friends today i coming with egg rice. This recipe from my mom.Egg rice very simple and easy to make.Its very tasty.

Basmathi Rice-3 cups
Onions-2 nos
Green Chillies-7 to 8 nos slit lengthwise (acc to ur taste)
Garlic Paste-3 tbsp
Eggs-6 nos
Oil-6 to 7 tbsp
Salt to taste

Whole Garam Masala:-
Cloves-3 nos
Cinnamon sticks-2 nos
Cardamom-4 nos
Bay Leaves-4 nos


Peel the onions and cut into slices.

Heat the oil in a pan and add bay leaves,cloves,cinnamon,cardamoms,and green chillies fry for a few seconds.
Now add the onions fry for 5 minutes and add garlic paste fry for 3 minutes.
Now wash the rice add rice to the pan and fry for 5 minutes.Now add water mix well and add salt to mix well.Now close the lid cook the rice.(Don't put the whistle)
When water is evaporated Put the flame on medium..Break the eggs one by one add to the rice mix immediately  mix well.add some oil and mix well.Close the lid.(Don't put whistle)
Now cook for 5 to 10 minutes in slow flame and mix in between.Cook till rice is done.
After 10 minutes rice will separate.
Serve hot with raita or any curry.

Egg curry looks delicious. I think it is really spicy with all green chilies.

thats really an interesting recipe .. but i scramble and then cadd the cooked rice.. this one is so different and deliicous
