Coconut Shrimp


Ingredients:-

Cocont grated-1/2 cup
Shrimp-5 nos
Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
All purpose flour/Maida-3 tbsp
ginger garlic paste-1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1 pinch
Egg-1 no
Salt to taste
Oil-for deep frying

Method:-

Clean shrimpmslit and de-vien,leaving the tail intact.
Take shrims in a bowl add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,lemon juice and add 1 tsp maida mix well.
Let them marinade for about 30 minutes.Keep the remaining flour in a plate.

Heat oil in pan.Break the egg into a bowl,add salt and whish.Dip prawns in eggs,then roll in the remainging flour in the plate,press the greated coconut al around.Put the shrimps in the hot oil anddeep fry till golden.

Transfer them onto paper towels to drain out the oil.

Serve hot with any sauce or ranch.
