Bitter Gourd- 4 nos
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Red Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste-1 tsp
Cumin Seeds-1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds-1/2 tsp
Red Chillies-2 nos
Salt to taste
Wash and Cut bitter gourd into small pieces and keep it aside.Add turmeric powder,salt to bitter gourd pieces and mix well keep it for half an hour and squeeze the pieces.
Dry roast peanuts till the skin starts turning light golden color .Let it cool and hn remove the skin and keep it aside.
Now add the squeezed bitter gourd pieces ,turmeric powder,ginger-garlic paste,salt ott it,mix well .Cook in medium flame by covering the lid for 10 minutes.Keep stirring in between.
When bitter gourd is cooked now add the red chilli powder fry for 5 minutes till the bitter gourd changes color.Then add peanuts powder stir well.
Turn off the flame and transfer into a serving bowl.
Serve as side dish with rice .
