Onions-1 cup (sliced)
Cabbage-2 cups (chopped)
Carrot-1 nos (grated)
Tomato-1 nos (chopped)
Garlic pods-2 nos (chopped)
Green chillies-3 nos (as required)(slit longitudinally)
Salt to taste
Garam masala powder-1 tsp
Heat oil in a pan.Add chopped garlic and green chillies fry for few seconds.
Now add onions and fry till onions turns soft.
Add cabbage ,grated carrot and tomatoes combine well.Now add salt mix well.Cover the lid and cook till its soft.
Now remove the lid add garam masal powder mix well .Fry for till it dry.
