The foaming milk will break into curdle floating in an almost clear greenish liquid(the whey).
At this point remove the pan from the heat and now strain this on a strainer over a bowl.
For this curry we need the whey (the liquid part) for use.(do not throw the whey)
Wait for sometime till the water drains out completely and then take out the strainer.

For this recipe we need to prepare the paste.First cut the onions into chunks add this into the mixie jar and add cumin seeds, red chillis grind to fine paste.
Separatly Boil the dry mangoes and tomatoes cut into pieces in a 1/2 cup water.till it soft.
Now heat the pan and add oil when oil is hot add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chillis and curry leaves fry it and add some chopped onions.Fry the onions until it changes the colour.
Now add boiled dry mangoes, tomatoes and turmeric powder mix it well. Now add onion masala paste and paneer water (whey) pour mix it well.Bring to boil.
Now take the rice flour mix with milk until smooth.

Slowly pour in the rice flour mixture while stirring the gravy until thickened. And add salt to it boil for 5 minutes.
