Baked Buffalo Wings / Taking A Break
Hello Friends,Divya's Recipes is taking a break for about 5 months and heading towards India for my brother wedding and so wont be able to vis all my fellow bloggers space for sometime and hence sorry for that, will surely miss all the lovely dishes but no worries will soon try and catch up those as and when get some time.Take care....bye bye friends.
This is very special dish i tried last week it came out very delicious and yummy. My hubby liked very much.I hope u will like it.Enjoy!!!!
Ingredients:-
Chicken Wing Pieces-12 pieces
Butter-3 tbsp (melted)
All Purpose Flour-1 tbsp
Cornstarch-1 tsp
Hot Pepper sauce -4 tbsp (like Crystal or Frank's Original)
Paprika-1 tbsp
Cayenne Pepper-1/2 tsp
Black Pepper-1/4 tsp
Garlic Powder-2 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:-
If necessary, cut whole wings into two pieces.
In a bowl add the butter, all purpose flour, cornstarch, paprika powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, garlic powder and salt chicken wings mix well.Keep it for 1 hour.
Place wing pieces on a baking pan.Arrange wings in a single layer on rack and bake the wings in a preheated (400 degrees F). oven for about 35 minutes until the skin begins to turn golden brown and the mean begins to barely separate from the bone.
Place the chicken wings and large bowl and coat them in buffalo sauce.
Rearrange the coated wings on the baking sheet while replacing the foil.I amusing aluminum foil for two reasons,it leaves less mess, but it also make it easy to discard the fat.
Bake the wings for another 10-15 minutes in a 400 deg res F over. You have to keep an eye on them now because you will not won't to overcook them. Remove from oven.
Serve with Blue Cheese Dip or Ranch .
