Spinach With Moong Dal Fry
Ingredients:

Spinach - 1 Bunch (cleaned and chopped fine)
Dry Moong dal -1/2 cup
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Red chillies-4 to 5 nos
Garlic-4 t0 5 nos (chopped) (optional)
Hing-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil-2 tbsp
Method:-
Heat a pan,and add oil,When oil is hot add cumin seeds,mustard's seeds when the pop up,add red chillies,hing and garlic pieces fry for few mins.
Now add dry moong dal fry until its golden brown color.
Now add spinach,turmeric powder and salt stir well.
Cover and cook until the spinach is cooked and fry for till water is evaporated.
Remove from heat and serve with rice or roti.
