Peanut Chutney
Ingredients:
Peanuts-1 cup (dry roasted and deskined)
Green chillis-4 to 5 (cut two pieces)
Cunin-1/4tbsp
Coriander seeds-1/4 tbsp
Tamariand plup 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Tempering:
Musted seeds-1/2 tbsp
Red chilli-1 no
Curry leaves-3 nos
Asafetida/hing-2 pinch
Oil-1/2 tbs
Take frying pan pour oil and to it add cumin seeds,coriander seeds.Fry till seeds starts to splutter.after add green chillis fry it.Leave it to cool.
Now grind peanuts,green chillis,cumin,coriander ,salt and tamarind pulp.
Add water to get the desired consistency of the chutney.
In the remaining oil add the musted seeds,red chiilis,hing and curry leaves.once they start to change clour turn of the flame.
Pour out this tempering to the above chutney.
Serve with dosa,idli,vada...
Today i having with idli,sambar and chutney.
