Potatoes-2 nos(peeled and cut into small pieces)
Turmeric powder-2 pinch
Chilli powder-2 tsp
Sambar powder-1 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
First peel the potato and cut into small pieces and wash keep it aside.
Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat,add oil.When oil is hot add cumin seeds,mustard seeds and wait till it pops.Add the hing curry leaves.
Now add the potato pieces,mix well and add turmeric powder,salt mix well.Keep the lid for 5 minutes until potatos are cooked.
Remove the lid add chilli powder,sambar powder mix well.Fry till the potatoes get nicely roasted.
Serve hot with rice and rasam.
