Chicken Keema Fry / Ground Chicken Fry
Ingredients:-
Chicken Ground-2 cups
Onion-1 no large(finely chopped)
Green Chillies-2 nos
Ginger-Garlic paste-1 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Chilli powder-1 tsp
shan Keema Curry Powder-1 to 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves-2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil-2 tbsp
Method:-
Wash the ground chicken and drain water in stainer.
Heat oil in a pan,Add the onions and green chillies saute onions until translucent.
Add the ginger-garlic paste saute for 3 minutes.
Now add turmeric powder,chilli powder fry for 1 minutes.Now add the ground chicken mix thoroughly,so chicken pieces don't stick.
Now add shan keema curry powder and salt mix well.
Add the coriander leaves ,little water mix well and close the lid cook for 10 minute,stirring occasionally.Cook till all the chicken juices evaporate and the keema becomes somewhat dry but still moist.
Serve this on a Sandwich or as side dish,roti,rice.

I go with breads. Stuff inbetween as sandwich or fill as a stuffing for puffs. looks yumm.
