Peeled Skin of Ridge Gourd -2 or3 nos
Sesame Seeds-3 to 4 tbsp(u can add more or less)
Red Chillies-2 to 3 nos
Cumin Seeds-2 tsp
Garlic -5 to 6 pods (cut into small pieces) (optional)
