Methi -1 bunch
Green Chillies-2 to 3 nos Chopped)
Garlic-4 nos (chopped)
Onion-1 nos (cut into chopped)
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Roasted Peanut Powder- 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Separate stems from Methi leaves,wash to thoroughly in cold water.
Heat oil in a pan,add green chillies, onions,garlic and saute till onions and garlic gets nice golden color.
Now add methi leaves,salt,turmeric powder mix well.Cover and cook until methi leaves are well cooked.
Heat pan on a low flame.Add peanuts and roast it till turns in to light brown in color.Stir it continuously to avoid burning of peanuts.After roasting peanuts to light brown color switch off the stove and let it get cool down completely.Remove the skin.
Add roasted peanut powder ,mix cover and cook for another 2 minutes.
Now add roasted peanuts in mix jar. no need to make crushed powder.Just crush it to form a coarse powder.Store this powder in a box.U can add any dry curry's .It gives very nice tastes.
Now methi fry is ready to serve.
Note:-U can prep-er same procedure with spinach also.
