Vegetables- (Beans,Egg plant ,Drum Sticks,Broad beans,Jack fruit Seeds,Yam,Arbi,corn,bottler gourd,ridged gourd)
Rice-1 cup (soak in water) or Rice Flour-1 1/2 cup
Sesame Seeds -3/4 cup
Dry Red chillies-6 nos
Onion-1 nos(cut into chunks)
Cumin Seeds-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for spray
Grind the rice ,onion,sesame seeds,cumin seeds,mustard seeds,red chillies grind into paste.
Cut the beans length wise and boil along by adding the salt and jaggery to it.Cook the vegetables 80% cooked.Darin the vegetables in the colander.
Add the vegetables to the batter.
Place the dosa pan and when its hot add some oil ,dip the vegetable in the batter place on the dosa pan add some oil ,fry both sides until the batter is cooks and it turns into golden color.
When it done remove in plate .Serve with hot rice with rasam or u can have like snack or healthy breakfast.
