Instant Tortilla Pizza

                   Hi friends,

                                 I am very happy to announce my 155th recipe which is a something special recipe.I take this opportunity to thank all of my blog friends and followers to make it a fine success.I also like to thank my husband, mom and family for your continuous support and encouragement.
                            Tortilla Pizza is very simple and easy to make.My husband and Mom,dad also liked it a lot.It tastes similar to a thin crust pizza.We had it as a snack!Long back i had eaten in my friend rekha house and i just loved the taste,so i just remembered that and made this today with simple topping which anyone can make any time..




Ingredients:-
Tortilla-4 nos
Mozzarella Cheese grated-1 cup (any variety )
Pizza Sauce- 4 tbsp
Toppings of your choice- (Mushrooms,onions,bell peppers,Tomatoes,pineapple,jalapenos etc..)(Cut into small pieces )
Red chilli flakes-1 to 2 tsp (optional)


Method:-

Preheat oven to 370 degrees.

Grease a baking dish,and put tortilla it,apply pizza sauce on it evenly and then  add the all toppings...sprinkle the required amount of cheese.

Place on the rack and bake for about 15 minutes until the cheese on top melts, till it becomes golden broun and crisp.
 Now take out the pizza and then cut it with the help of a cutter and then serve hot.

Fresh Turmeric Masala Gravy / Pachi Paspu Besaru

              

                     Hi friends today i coming with very new recipe Fresh Turmeric Root Masala gravy.This is very healthy and tasty.This recipe from my mom.  
 

            Turmeric has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties and has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries.The roots of the turmeric plant contains curcumin an anti-oxidant that research points to fighting cancer.Turmeric powder(used in many curries)is formed by drying the roots of turmeric plant)ginger family) and grinding them to a powder.
    
                If these roots are available to you in Indian/Asian grocery stores(they resemble ginger,but are less bulbous),this is a simple,tasty recipe.

Ingredients:-

Fresh Turmeric Roots-2 cups (cut into small pieces)
Mustard Seed-2 tsp
Jeera Seeds-4 tbsp
Garlic pods-20 nos
Red chillies-10 nos (acc to ur taste)
Dry Mangos-6 nos
Salt to taste
Oil-5 to 6 tbsp

Method:-
First wash and chop into  small pieces.Keep it aside.

Boil the dry mangoes in water.
Grind fresh turmeric pieces into smooth paste.Keep it aside.
Now grind cumin seeds,mustard seeds,red chillies and garlic and add little water and gring into paste. Keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan.When oil is hot add the grinded masala paste and fry it until the raw smell goes away and oil will separate,color will change.
Now add boiled dry mangoes and grind ed fresh turmeric paste mix well and add salt and water.Mix well.Bring to boil for 30 to 45 minutes.cook till the raw small goes away.
Remove from the stove.

Serve with hot rice.

Vegtables Pulusu / Mixed Vegetable Stew


  Hi Friends,

           Today i am coming with mixed vegetable stew.This dis is very simple and easy to make.Filled with nutritive vegetables,this can me made in less than 20 minutes and without oil.This recipe from my mom.This dish we can  have with plain dal and papad.

Ingredients:-
Dry Mangoes-5 to 6 nos
Brinjal-2 nos (cut long pieces)(u can add more)
Okra-10 nos( cut into half)
Bottle gourd- 1 nos (cut into cubs)
Green Papaya-1/2 ( cut into cubs)(optional)
Small onions /Shallots -7 nos (peel the skin)
Corn-4 nos ( cut into small pieces)
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Peanuts-1/2 cup
Rice Rava- 1/2 cup(u want more thick the gravy u can add more rava)


Seasoning :-
Mustard seeds-1 tbsp
Red chillies-4 nos (make into pieces)
Garlic-2 pods(cut into pieces)
Hing-1/2 tsp
Curry leaves-few
Oil-2 tsp


Method:-

Clean and chop all the vegetables into big chunks.

 Soak the peanuts in water for 1/2 hour.
 Boiled the dry mangoes in 1 cup of water  and till its soft.
Heat the pressure cooker.Add soaked peanuts,rice rava,bottle gourd,brinjals,onions, salt mix well and cook for 10 minutes.
After add okra,boiled dry mangoes,mix well. Close the lid pressure cooker for till the high  pressure will come now put the whistle keep it for 3  minutes.After that off the flame.
When pressure goes away open the lid and again heat the cooker add corn pieces cook for 5 minutes.


Now heat the another pan add oil ,when oil is hot add mustard seeds,red chillies,garlic pieces,hing and curry leaves.fry till it changes the color.
Now add the seasoning into the stew boil for 5 minutes.Switch of the flame.
Now serve with rice,dal and vegetable stew.
