Hi bloggers today i am coming with a sweet recipe i.e madatha kaja. This is one of the famous sweet items from andhra. My mom is a terrific cook and she prepares everything from snacks , tiffin, biryani, fried rice, desserts and sweets.I learned this recipe from my mom after my marriage. I tried this once and it came very good.My husband loves this sweet very much.
Maida flour-1 cup
baking soda-1/2 tsp
