Wheat Flour Murukku

Ingredients:-

Wheat Flour-2 cups
Oil-3 tbsp
Red Chilli powder-2 tsp
Sesame Seeds-1/2 cup
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste


Method:-

Bring the water to boil  in pressure cooker or rice cooker.

Steam cook the wheat flour in a cotton cloth (without adding water) and add some spoons of oil ,cover it and steam   for approximately 10 minutes let them cool...mash the flour or sieve it  n keep aside.

Mix wheat flour,chilli powder,salt and sesame seeds together, knead everything as dough with enough water.

Heat oil in a wok.
Put a small ball of dough in murukku press with star nozzle n press it in hot oil.

Deep fry to golden brown.Take out and put it on an absorbent paper to remove excess oil.

Store in an air-tight container.
