Egg Besan Dosa / Veg Omlete With Besan Flour / Besan Dosa

                This omelet made with Besan flour (chickpea flour) with and with out egg.This omelet looks like egg omelet its for vegetarian people.Who its egg they can add egg into this mixture its very tasty and yummy.

Ingredients:-

Besan -1 cup
Onion-1 no (chopped)
Tomato-1 no (chopped)
Green Chilly -1 or 2 nos (finely chopped)
Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves-few
Oil-for spray

Eggs -2 nos



Veg Method:-


Mix all the ingredients except oil and make thin batter then dosa batter.

Heat the frying pan and spray oil on it.Now pour the batter in a circular motion to form a thin pan like pancake.

Spray oil around pancake.Cover it with lid for 2 mins,then remove the lid and flip the pancake.

Cook the other side for 2 mins.

Then turn off the flame and take it into a plate .See the color ,it is looks like egg omelet.

Egg Dosa Methed:-

In that mixture add egg and mix well.Do  the same procedure like omelet.
