Ingredients:-
Sesame Seeds-1 cup
Sugar-1 cup
Lime juice-1 small size
Oil-1 tbsp
Cashew nuts-1/2 cup
Method:-
In a pan fry the sesame seeds and 1/2 cup of water mix well.Roast the sesame seeds until light golden brown.Dry roast the cashew nuts and Keep aside.
In a kadhai add the sugar and half cup of water mix well. Bring to boil till it reaches a sami hard ball consistency.To check put a drop of the sugar in a cup of water.It instantly forms a sami hard ball.
Now add the lime juice mix well, syrup is ready. Switch of the flame.
Immediately add sesame seeds and cashew nuts mix well.
Now grease your palms and quickly make a small rounds balls or pour this mixture over greased surface and roll it with rolling pin ,draw the lines using greased knife.
Allow it to cool and break into pieces.
Store in a airtight container.
