Ingredients:-
Cauliflower-2cups (chopped)
Toovar Lilva / Pigeon Peas-1 cup (frozen)
Tomatoes-2 nos (chopped)(cook the tomatoes in microwave)
Spring Onion-1 bunch (chopped)
Onions-1 nos (chopped)
Red Chilli powder-1 tbsp
Garam Masala powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves-few
Oil-1 tbsp
Method:-
Heat oil in thick bottom pan.
Add chopped onion and cook for 2 -3 minutes.Add the pigeon peas,cauliflower mix well.
Add turmeric powder,salt saute for few minutes.
Now add the red chilli powder,garam masala powder,spring onions,boiled tomatoes mix together.
Cook on medium flame until all tomato mix with curry very well.
Now add the coriander leaves cook for 2 minutes and turn off the flame.
Serve with hot rice or roti.
So well expalined and love that yummy and filling platter. Love the colour and tempting clicks.
