French Toast Indian Style

Ingredients:-

Bread-2 nos
Eggs-2 nos
Black pepper-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1 pinch
Garam Masala-1 pinch
Salt to taste
oil-3 tsp

Method:-

In a bowl beat eggs,black pepper,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder and salt.mix together.

Whisk until the yolks are blended with the whites.

Heat a skillet on medium high.Lightly oil the pan or drop a pat of butter into the center of the skillet.

Dip a brad slice into the egg batter until it is well coated on each side.

Place the brad in the center of the hot skillet and fry  until golden brown on both sides.Flipping the bread when necessary .Remove from pan serve.

Repeat for the other slices.
Serve hot.
