Ingredients:-
For Balls:
Paneer-1 cup (Home Made)
All Purpose Flour-1 tsp
Corn Flour-1 tsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste-1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil- For Deep fry
For Chilli Paneer:
Onions-1 -(Small size cut into chopped)
Garlic-3 nos (finely chopped)
Green Chillies-3 nos (finely chopped)
Soy Sauce-2 tsp
Chilli Sauce- 2 tsp
Tomato Sauce-2 tsp
Ajinomoto -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Food color
Coriander leaves-2 tsp
Method:-
I made home made paneer.Make the all the water from the paneer is drained.
Now the paneer would be crumbly in texture.Now knead it well for 5 minutes.
Heat 2 to 3 tsp of oil in another pan,add finely chopped green chillies,garlic and saute them till they are light brown.
Serve hot with fired rice or snack.
