Chilli Paneer Balls

Ingredients:-

For Balls:

Paneer-1 cup (Home Made)
All Purpose Flour-1 tsp
Corn Flour-1 tsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste-1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil- For Deep fry
For Chilli Paneer:

Onions-1 -(Small size cut into chopped)
Garlic-3 nos (finely chopped)
Green Chillies-3 nos (finely chopped)
Soy Sauce-2 tsp
Chilli Sauce- 2 tsp
Tomato Sauce-2 tsp
Ajinomoto -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Food color
Coriander leaves-2 tsp
Method:-
I made home made paneer.Make the all the water from the paneer is drained.

Now the paneer would be crumbly in texture.Now knead it well for 5 minutes.

Combine all purpose flour,corn flour,red chilli powder,ginger-garlic paste,salt it and knead again.

Make small rounded balls from the dough,keep it aside.

Heat oil in a pan.Deep fry the paneer balls slowly drop in oil,Fry till golden  brown.

Remove from heat and drain them on paper towels.

Heat 2 to 3 tsp of oil in another pan,add finely chopped green chillies,garlic and saute them till they are light brown.

Add chopped onion and saute till they are transparent.

Now add soy sauce,chilli sauce,tomato sauce,ajinomoto,food color,salt and mix well.

 Now add paneer balls and little water saute till it become dry.

 Add coriander leaves saute once off the flame.

Serve hot with fired rice or snack.
