Chilli Sauce Crab Curry

Ingredients:-


Crab-5 nos
Onions-2 nos (sliced thin)
Garlic Paste-2 tbsp
Green Chillies-4 to 5 nos(lite into two)
Bay leaves-4 nos
Chilli Sauce-4 tbsp
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Tomato Ketchup-5 to 5 tbsp
Soya Sauce-3 tbsp
Ajinomoto-1/2 tsp
Corn flour-3 tbsp
Maida-2 tbsp
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Eggs-1 nos
Salt to taste
coriander leaves-1/2 cup
Curry leaves-few

Oil- for deep frying

Method:-


Clean and wash the crab.Break into pieces.


In a mixing bowl add corn flour,maida,salt,chilli powder,eggs mix together add crabs mix well.

Heat oil in a fry pan and when the oil is very hot,add the crab pieces,fry in batches till the crab pieces are cooked and not to crispy,till its change the color.Remove the crab pieces from the oil and drain on papper towels.

In a wok,add 3 tbsp of oil and add bay leaves,green chillies fry for 2 minutes
add the sliced onions saute for till the onions are soft but not brown.

IMG_4870Now add garlic paste,fry for 3 to 4 minutes.

Now add ketchup,chill sauce,soy sauce,turmeric powder,salt and ajinomoto to it.fry for 2 minutes.

IMG_4883Now add 1/2 cup of water to it,mix well.add curry leaves mix well.Let it cook.

Now add the crab pieces and coriander leaves mix well,cook for 8 to 10 minutes on low flame.cook till sauce thickens slightly.

Serve hot with rice.
