Ingredients :-
First Marinade:
Chicken Drumsticks - 8 nos
Sesame Seeds Oil / Mustard Oil -2 tbsp
Milk-4 tbsp
Second Marinade:
Yogurt-3 tbsp
Red chilly Powder-2 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste-2 tbsp
Garam Masal Powder-1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Ajinomoto - 1/2 tsp
Food color- 1 pinch
Salt to taste
Method:-
Clean the chicken.
Make 3 to 4 slits in the fleshy part of the chicken legs till close to the bones.Place the chicken in a big bowl.
Now add oil rub the chicken with hands nicely and add milk rub the chicken on all sides using your hand into the slits and soak it with milk.Keep it aside for 10 to 20 minutes.
After 2o minutes throne the milk.
In a small plate,add yogurt,food color,red chilli powder,ajinomoto,turmeric powder,giner garlic paste and salt mix well.
Now apply this mixture over the chicken and rub it into the slit turning the chicken several times and cover and leave it for 1 hour.
After one hour leave it in refrigerator for overnight.Remove the chicken from refrigerator at least 1 hour before cooking.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Place an aluminum foil on a baking tray,spray oil or brush with oil and place the marinated chicken pieces and bake for 10 minutes.
When its done remove from oven.Serve hot with onions rings and lemon wedge and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!
