Ingredients:-
Beasan / Gram dal Flour - 1 cup
Onion-1 nos
Green chillies-4 to 5 nos
Soda-pinch
Ginger / garlic paste-1/2 tsp (optional)
Curry leaves-few (optional)
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Method:-
Take the onion peel and cut into small pieces.Green chillies finally chopped.
Combine above all ingredients with flour,onions,green chillies,salt soda mix with water till u have a smooth paste.
Heat enough oil in a deep frying pan.Once hot,
Use spoon to drop the batter in the oil from small fritters.
Reduce heat to medium and deep fry till they turn golden brown.
Use a ladle to keep turing the fritters so that it cooks on all sides.
Once they turn golden brown,remove them on to absorbent paper.
Serve it for with hot sauce or ketup.
