Milk Chicken Curry & 250 th Post !!!!!

Hi Friends,

This is my 250th post.I might have not reached this position without you all and your valuable comments and encouragement.Thank you all my dear friends.....

Next come the recipe.....


Ingredients:-

Chicken-1 lb
Shallots Onions-2 cups (chopped )
Red chilli powder-2 tbsp
Garam Masala powder-1
Ginger/garlic paste-2 tbsp
Coriander leaves-1 bunch (chopped)u can add more
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Milk-1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil-2 tbsp


Method:-

Add chopped onions,1tsp of oil and 2 tbsp of water in a microwave safe bowl and cook on for 10 minutes till its tender.Keep it aside.

Heat up your wok,pour in 2 tbsp oil,add chicken fry for 2 minutes.

Add turmeric powder,salt combine well.Cover and cook it for 5 minutes.

Now add ginger/garlic paste,red chilli powder mix well.

Reduce to medium heat,add cooked onions,garam masala powder combining the ingredients once in a while.

Let the chicken cook in this for 8 -10 mt,Cover and cook till oil separates.

Add milk and combine and cook for 4 to 5 min.

Add coriander leaves cook till the chicken is soft.Finally combine well and turn off heat.

Serve hot with rice or rotis....

  39. hi,i made this curry,it was delicious.but the only change i made is marinating chicken pieces in the spices and then frying and adding little sugar and green chillies when the coriander was added.it was very tasty.thanks a lot for the recipe
