Ingredients:-
Cabbage- 1 cup ( cut into small pieces)
Rice Flour -1 tsp
Corn Flour-1 tsp
Garlic-ginger paste-1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder-2 tsp
Red Food Color-1 pinch
Ajinomoto-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Method:-
Wash ,cut the cabbage into small pieces or long thin slices.
In a mixing bowl add cabbage,rice flour,corn flour,food color,red chilli powder,ajinomoto, ginger-garlic paste and salt mix well and sprinkle few drops of water
The flour just stick to the cabbage.
Heat oil in a wok.
Take the mixture in the hand and sprinkle them on to the hot oil.
Deep fry the pakodas till its light golden color and crisp.Remove with a slotted spoon and place the pakodas on a paper towel .
Serve hot.
Here is crispy cabbage pakoda can be used as a side dish in our meals and also as evening snack item....
