Ingredients:-
Kantola Frozen Pack -2 cups
Red chilies-3 to 4 nos(break chilies into small pieces)
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Urad dal-3 tbsp
Curry leaves-few
Hing-1 pinch
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Oil-2 tbsp
Method:-
Heat a pan and add oil to it.When oil is hot add cumin seeds and urad dal fry till the dal starts chaing the color.
Now add red chillies,curry leaves and hing fry well.
Add Kantola pieces a,turmeric powder and salt mix well,add little water it will cook stir well..Cover the lid and cook in slow flame till kantola pieces is cooked and in between stir well.
Now open the lid and fry till all moisture evaporates and the curry is dry.
Now transfer this fry to a serving bowl.
Serve hot with rice
