Ingredients:-
Dry Yellow Peas / Green peas -2 cups
Onion-2 nos (chopped)
Green Chillies-5 nos
Curry Leaves-Few
Salt to taste
Besan or Chann dal flour-1/2 cup
Oil for Deep frying
Method:-
Soak the dry peas for overnight in water.
Drain hem and grind in a food processor or blender as coarse pieces without adding water.
Grind the green chillies like coarse paste.Cur the onions into small pieces.
Add the chopped onions,green chillies pieces,curry leaves,salt mix everything well.
Heat the oil for deep-frying
Take a small golf ball size vada batter and flatten them with ur plams.Add besan if the mixture is not bonding.
In batches, drop gently to the hot oil, turning them until they are golden brown on both side and crispy.
Drain the excess of oil with paper towel.
Serve hot....
